The University of San Francisco recognizes its obligation to its employees and constituents to maintain the highest ethical standards. To facilitate this process, the University has chosen EthicsPoint to provide you with an anonymous way to confidentially report activities that may represent improper conduct or violations of the University’s policies. The preferred method of reporting any issue of concern is to first discuss it with your supervisor. Alternatively, if you are uncomfortable discussing your concerns with your supervisor, you may report the matter to your department manager, Human Resources, General Counsel, Internal Audit, or any other appropriate University office or official. The University will not tolerate any retaliatory actions against any employee or constituent for making a good faith report about potential misconduct.
Reports submitted to the University of San Francisco through EthicsPoint will receive careful consideration with the objective of promptly investigating the report and addressing any improper conduct or violation of University policy. If you file a report through EthicsPoint, you are encouraged to return here 7 days after filing the report to check the status of your report. In some instances, the University may need additional information to proceed with the investigation. In all cases, your anonymity will be protected by EthicsPoint.
To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 7 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
